I am from Elephant & Castle SE1, my internet just dropped yesterday until now. I tried to contact with Virgin team at 0345 454 1111, all I heard is auto reply system which is no information, really disappointed. I don't know how to contact to the real people.
At least, I would like to know what is problem and when it will get fixed.

I have tested your connection from here and I can see a number of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs, this will explain the drops in connection you mentioned.
I will need to arrange for an engineer to attend and carry out some further investigations. I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking.
