My internet is down since last night. It have nothing to do with connection failure after updating windows 10 as it states on service status updates. Superhub 3.0 is flashing green and it changes to red and cycle repeats.
Any ideas what it could be? Do i need engineer to come over?
You can reset your SHub 3 by switching it off at the back for 30 seconds and then re-booting it, if that fails you can do a factory re-set by the pinhole at the back by using a ball pen or toothpick, press and hold in for 30 secs to do a factory re-set.
