Internet keeps cutting out all of the time and lagging virgin media by far the worst internet supppliers i have seen. Even after calling support they do not offer you any help whatsoever this needs sorting now!

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and all the levels are looking great at the moment. If it's disconnecting all the time there may be an issue with the Superhub itself.
