I'm an electrician by trade and am quite savvy on IT so I hope someone can help at a deeper level please?
So what's going wrong? Is the Router playing up - do buffering settings need changing? Is the a SNR problem? I never had as many issues when I actually had a slower download speed.
Can soemone help/advise on what I could do next please?

Thanks for posting! to let us know about your issues with your broadband connection cutting out when streaming, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I've tested things from here and I noticed that there's a lot of T3 and T4 time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will be required to attend and investigated things further for you.
