Internet Connection

Hi there,

I am a Virgin media home broadband customer. My router is super hub 2ac. My internet connection has been interrupted every few minutes. It has happened several times in the past few weeks.  I have followed the instructions online, but the problem still happened. 

1, There are some issues regarding Android device and sky TV in my area. But I am just using the browser to look at websites

2, I have restarted and reset router several times.

Hi there Qi,

 

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

My apologies you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection. 

 

I've managed to locate your account and I am unable to see any issues that would cause these disconnections. There have been no time-outs since the router has been online.

 

If you are still having this issue can you re-post the network log for me please and try to create a Broadband Quality Monitor to check the performance of your connection. If you do set up the BQM make sure that you go into your router settings > Advanced Settings > Ping > and tick Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP.
