Internet Connection Disconnecting Constantly

Anyone got any ideas what has happened at Virgin over the last few days, because suddenly my internet is no longer staying connected.

The Network error log is below it just continues like this all day long making using the internet very frustrating and playing games is impossible.

The other thing I noticed is the lease time is only for 1 hr now it was previously 7 days on reset.

Hi there,

I had the exact same issue for really about two weeks.  

The logs look identical to the ones I had and my first post was about it -T3 timeouts every happening every 52 minutes. It was like WAN interface reset, and affected VPNs and gaming.  Speaking to first line support won't help as they won't see a fault.

Now which part of the country are you in?  I was told that my issue involved was due to the a change on the network causing issues with type of the modem/router I had.

I had a call Friday gone explaining that they hadn't sorted out the network issue, but they were to upgrade the router to the Superhub3 that same day which should sort out the issue.  That never materialised and I was going to phone back the guy who phoned me tomorrow.

When I woke up Sat morning though I checked the logs and I had 12 hours of no T3 timeouts. I have now had nearly 36 hours of stability so I'm assume the network issue has been sorted, but I will give it a week or so before confirming.

As per the posts above. I'm not sure of the technical bits....I used to be a Haematologist, and dealt in Blood Analysis.

However...2 weeks or so ago, I upgraded to the Hub-3 200mb/s from the Superhub 100mb/s that I had. Was only costing £2 a month more.

Since I changed, my internet constantly locks up, and I keep having to get kicked out and re-boot the page. 500% frustrating. And...you just can't get anybody to speak to to find out what's going on. If I'm paying £42 a month...I expect it to work. I'm going to re install my old router to see if it makes any difference.

Same Disconnect every 55 mins, So i rang in to order superhub 3 hofully it will solve the problem. I think the problem is my superhub 2ac, Disconnecting every hour is NOT NORMAL.

I have been having the exact same problem from the last 3 days as well. when i check logs this is all i get the problem is starting to get irritating now hopefully it will get resolved soon. im on the superhub2 ac

WAN Ip lease refreshing every hour disrupting connection

WAN IP lease refreshing every hour here aswell in WN4 area. Causing disconnects for several minutes every time
