Intermittent wifi

Hello, over the past 2 weeks, Intermittently my wifi has been disconnecting on my superhub 2 router. Everytime I lose it, a power cycle resolves it. The wifi channels are auto, and I have tried changing them to unused channels in my location. I can't remember how old my superhub 2 and vivo box is, but it must be quite a few. Can you take a look pls.

Hi there Dibs,

 

Really sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with your connection.

 

I've located your account and I've not been able to detect any issues either via the equipment levels or network segment at the moment.

 

Are you experiencing drop outs on more than one device?

 

I can see that one of the wireless bands has been disabled, I definitely recommend resetting the settings to default and then Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel again.

It happens across all wifi devices, but not hard wired devices. I will try defaulting.

Hey Heather,

All fine now. Speed tested it last week when I was getting wifi probs and I was getting around 20mb. Now getting around 190mb on wifi so all's cool. Cheers for your help admin.
