my internet access (both wired and wireless) seems to drop intermittently . Having spoke to (a rather dismissive and rude) Customer Services Rep who assured me that after testing my connections (I have a superhub 2) there was nothing wrong.
Well ,my internet is down again , and despite a previous call to Customer Services with a very helpful chap who suggested I may need a new hub she was not willing to send out a technician. or supply a new hub.
Can someone help? My wife works from home a few days a week and this is not good.
