Intermittent issue

Hi, can someone from VM please check my line?

 

For several days I've been having issues with slow Internet speed.

Doing a speed check this morning shows a whopping 2.65Mbps when I should be getting 200

Thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing slow speeds, we'll certainly take a look into this to see what's going on.

 

When checking your connection there are some problems showing with both your upstream and downstream power levels which will require an engineer visit to fix. I'll send you a PM so we can get this arranged.
