Installing

Hi, I have just had my set up installed but the system was down when the guy came so he couldn't install the software, now when I try to restart the install it says (check cables before restarting) I tried to phone virgin but they hung up on me as it was closing :/ lol can someone help please.

Really sorry for the trouble with this. We had a bit of an issue with our activation hits but everything should be OK now. Are you still experiencing any issues?
