Installation and no connection

Got Virgin broadband installed on Friday was told it would be connected by the end of the day I still have no connection. Been told there's a fault with new customers installation. Does anyone know if this has been sorted as I'm still not online and it's getting a bit of a joke. Changed from sky to come to Virgin because they took the **bleep** too -.-

Really sorry for the install trouble you've had.

 

We've recently had an issue sending activation hits for new installs but this should all be sorted by now. Let me know if you're still experiencing issues and I'll check it out for you.
