Inherited Blacklisted IP from Virgin, Request Change

Hi,

With regard to above subject, does anyone know how to change the IP address for a Super Hub 2?

I'm obviously on a blacklisted range and as I don't send out spam bots nor partake in underworld activity, I'm a bit miffed by this. Of course, being on a blacklisted IP range obviates wider use and connectivity.

Sorry your IP seems to be blacklisted. It is dynamic and so may change when the lease expires 24 Mar 2017 however more often than not you may get the same one again as they can be pretty sticky. Another way is to use modem only mode as the IP will change if the presenting client MAC does although I appreciate this may be a bit drastic if you do not wish to use your own router.

also why do you think you are on a blacklist?
If you are checking against email blacklists it is normal to be listed on them.

What is it stopping you from being able to do?
