I recently headed home for Xmas and noticed we have extreme packet loss on the network. I don't think the Facebook browsers in the family have been bothered to report it, but my Dad did comment it started happening after the recent upgrade to 300mb.
looking at that you might need an engineer out. your upstream is on the borderline high. the downstream is lower and the SNR is only just where it should be meaning that with the low downstream it might be a problem.
You can wait for a VM tech here to get to the post and if they agree will book a engineer for you or you can risk calling in
