Incorrect Settings Password

Hi,

I'm trying to access my routers (Hub 3.0) settings and it's saying that the password is incorrect.

Any suggestions?

Re: Incorrect Settings Password

if its not accepting it, on some passwords might be a l (as in l for lemon) rather than a I (for India) its possible you might have changed it in the past, you can reset the password to default guide ->http://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=27643&CURRENT_...

Re: Incorrect Settings Password

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the password is all numbers and the only letter it could be is O instead of a 0 and neither work.

The router is brand new and I've not logged into the settings yet. Also I have reset it and it's still not accepting it anyway, its as if the password is wrong underneath.

Re: Incorrect Settings Password

I've managed to get on with the code for the router upstairs, I have no idea how it's copied it's self onto the new router?!

Thanks for your help anyway
