IPTV not working

Hello!

I recently purchased a IPTV-box similar to the ones on this website: http://iistar-korea.eu/

As soon as I turn it on and start watching, the screen freezes and it says "data error" which means that it has lost connection. My internet is working fine and this only happens when using the IPTV box, sometimes immediately and sometimes within a minute or so but it always happens.

My suspicion is that it's being blocked by Virgins "filters" or something similar. Is there any way to fix it?

Sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with the connection to your IPTV.

 

Sometimes we will need to apply port forwarding rules to enable access to such devices.

 

If you're able to find out what ports you need access to, this help article will show you what to do next.
