A couple of days ago my hub stated to reboot frequently. I called the support 3 times but all I got told that it has something to do with high congestion. I was told that my "router" has been reconfigured to point to a different server - which made no difference - and today I was on to support for 1h to be told it needed a reset. I did as I was told to then find the router rebooting constantly - I switched it off for 10min and it seems stable at the moment.
An engineer is on his way - booked for in 7 days time.
