Sorry to read that you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection. I can imagine how frustrating this must be.
I've managed to locate your account, there are no faults reported and there have been no time-outs reported since the router has been online.
In regards to the internet disconnecting, does this happen through both wired and wireless devices?
Do you notice the light on the Hub 3.0 change at all?
Can you post your router information for me please as this will help us further. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in and click on Check router status in the middle. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great.
