Hub 3

Cannot change my password on my Hub3 and it will not connect to my laptop with WiFi since using new Hub

Have you tried using an ethernet cable to connect to the HUB ??

Are you using the password from the sticky label or the pullout card?

There is another password on the unit that is to log into the router configuration, not the wifi.

TRIED THE BOTH BUT STILL CANNOT CHANGE MY PASSWORD ON HUB THE LAPTOP WHEN CONNECTED WITH CABLE IS OK WIFI TELL ME CONNECTED BUT IT TELLS ME UNIDENTIFIED SO IT LOOKS LIKE PASSWORD IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE

Let me guess, windows 10?

I've got the same issue, and an intermittent dropping of the ethernet connection. Looks like its a windows issue not a hub one - though I'm not 100%.

If you can access hub and admin via the ethernet, reset its password - connect with another device... does it work... if so its likely your computer not the router.
