I have received an email with a link for the Hub 3.0 upgrade.
I go the link and it asks me to supply my last name, house number and post code.
However, it then says "Sorry, we can't find you in our system. Please check your details and try again"
Has anyone else had this issue and what is the remedy as I have tried 150 and can't seem to get through to the right department?
Maybe you got the email by mistake, what modem do you have just now?
No I spoke to tech support today and they said we will send you the email with the link as I have the original Super Hub.
The problem is the link doesn't recognise my details and they haven't changed, unless I have changed my name, moved house etc in the last 24 hours and not noticed lol!!
I am trying 150 again and see if I can get to the right department?
