Hub 3 Intermittent, but mostly bad connectivity

Hi

We had issues with wfi and powerline having no internet access, though the signal strength was good on both, so as up for renewal, we got a new hub, moved from VMDG485 to VMDG505. Issues are still there, with a 70Mb package sometimes fine, mostly simple html pages take time to load.

It has been working for years, but in the last month these issues have started.

Thanks, appreciate any help.

I hope this has been resolved but if not what kind of speed are you getting at the moment through a wired connection?
