Since I've had the Hub 3.0 installed my internet keeps dropping out this happens almost every hr or so.
ive rang tech support almost on a daily basis, they do exactly the same thing every time I ring them, the internet works and then within minutes it drops out again, they've checked the line and signal and everything is fine.
Either they are telling me lies that everything is fine or there is a problem with the hardware. Please be honest and tell me what the problem really is.
Frustration is now leading to anger and pushing me to move to Sky.
Please someone get this sorted before I pull the plug and move.
