Hub 3.0 keeps dropping out

Since I've had the Hub 3.0 installed my internet keeps dropping out this happens almost every hr or so.

ive rang tech support almost on a daily basis, they do exactly the same thing every time I ring them, the internet works and then within minutes it drops out again, they've checked the line and signal and everything is fine. 

Either they are telling me lies that everything is fine or there is a problem with the hardware. Please be honest and tell me what the problem really is. 

Frustration is now leading to anger and pushing me to move to Sky. 

Please someone get this sorted before I pull the plug and move.

I haven't heard anything
It's sort of comforting knowing it's not just me
As soon as I hear anything I'll let you know I wouldn't hold your breath though

Please post your power levels and logs from the SH. This may help with diagnosing your issue. Smiley Happy

Also are the dropouts with wireless only, or do they happen with wired connections as well ?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear that your Hub 3.0 keeps dropping out, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that your Hub went offline whilst I was testing, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend investigate things further for you.
