My new hub 3.0 router arrived today. I've managed to connect my PC and tablet using wifi but cannot connect to the internet. I had the 'router updating' page appear for a while before it said 'connection problem' and 'click me'. I clicked and it went round to 100% then said 'cannot fix, contact system admin' or something similar.
If I disconnect and reattach my old router it connects straight away. The old router is showing downstream power levels of 8.6-9.4dbmv and upstream of 36/7dbmv.
