Sorry to hear that you're unable to access your Hub. If you've changed any settings previously, then I'd recommend performing a factory reset to ensure we're using the correct info. Then if you follow the advice from our help article, it'll explain exactly how to access your Hub settings. Once you've logged in you will then be able to access the WPS settings and achieve a WPS connection.

The Hub 3 has many issues. One of these issues is password corruption. Sometimes the only way to get into your H3 when in modem mode is to hard-reset (pin reset) the device. In my case I ended up spending 2 hours with CS, allowing them full access (not that they need it) to setup the router in modem mode before somehow eventually the modem mode password worked! Yay, except I tried it earlier this week and it is not working again.
