Customer Relations is the best team to ask about getting a newer hub. Contact them by ringing 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 454 1111 (from any other phone) -> go into the main menu -> option 4 -> option 5. Make that call between 8AM to 8PM weekday wise and bear in mind that the self-install option for a new hub is a £20 one-off charge usually.

Clearly you think to much. One can't ask a simple question from the community. The 2ac model is bare on features like usb support. The hub 3 was looking really nice to me and as a new model one would think it would be an upgrade from the hub 2.ac.
Okay if it's not worth the upgrade then all leave it out. I didn't really look at both specs of hubs properly. The WiFi speeds of the the 2ac is excellent I get 739mbs transfer from .Nexus 6 and hub2ac. I must say but hub 3 is much more nicer looking. But I suppose it's what's Inside that matters. As you said you used to work with vm 😉. How do I rectify my broadband speeds through out the day it's jumping to much from 207mbs down to low as 56mbs sometimes. But normally sits at 198mbs down to 207mbs upload always steady 12.7mbs ? I had a problem with low signals dbv.. fixt that. Now it's at 1.6v
