Hi I live in London SW18, Area 21. My broadband has not worked for more than 1 week now after 8pm. I should get a speed close to 200 Mbps but I register a speed between 0.01 and 0.4 Mbps these days. So unusable broadband, unable to watch netflix etc.
Customer services representatives (when I can get hold of someone) suggest either damaged cables or high utilisation and always promise a prompt fix. Which always fails to materialise. The last person I spoke to last night said it should be fixed in MAY 2017!!!!!!
What is going on? Nobody seems to know and when managers are supposed to call me back, I obviously get no call. Very appalling service.
