I recieved a new SH today and I'm having to power cycle it almost hourly. It's locking out both wireless and wired. The wired PC can access the settings page on the modem and I can reboot it from there.
Apologies for the connection problems you're currently experiencing, looking at your Superhub I can see a problem with your downstream power levels. To get this resolved we will need to arrange for an engineer to call around.
