Have wifi connection but Can't connect to internet

There's wifi connection but no internet
Network actress: Denied
Downstream: all unlocked
Upstream: US-1 [1.x; 4; 21600000; Success; 16QAM; 1280000; 4; 44.25; 0; 0; 1; 0]

Arrow sign is lit green
While the tick, 2G and 5G consistently blinking

Once In a while it will refresh ,
Kindly help!

Your not in m32 are you as there is an area outage affecting some customers but not all. I have the light at the bottom flashing green the wireless light constant green and the arrows flashing green on and off .

I too am having internet issues, in PL7 area. Service status says no known issues, and when I run the test it thinks my equipment is turned off...which it isn't.

poss a fault on cable, ring 151 when so many people book technician appointments in the one area it will get raised up as a network fault

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you are also having issues with your connection. 

 

I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F004986912 for slow speeds at peak times. The current review date is 06/09/2017. 

 

Please give this thread a bump closer to the time and we will get an update for you. 

 

Do you find the connection is ok outside of peak hours?
