I have not had internet access in 24 hours. Ive had several emails from virgin media changing times when the broadband will be fixed. A time should not been given as its failed to be back up and running 6 times so far. I feel compensation should be awarded.
Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your connection.
I understand an outage like this can be really frustrating and it can be hard to put an accurate fix time on them. I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking healthy at the moment.
