HUB 3.0

Hi

 

I had an email from Virgin saying there is an upgrade to HUB 3.0

How do I get this?

Just a quick heads up, I've recently requested a downgrade from the hub 3.0 due to latency issues(alot of games unplayable, voip etc). I would stay clear of it until a firmware fix has been released, when I asked for an ETA on the phone they said they don't have one it's been 6 months already...

Thanks for getting in touch about the Hub 3 upgrade option.

You should be able to arrange this by logging into My Virgin Media.

This usually presents as a banner across the main page when you log in if you have been sent an email offer for equipment upgrade.

If this is not the case can you please send me a PM with:

  • Your name
  • Your full address
  • Confirm if you are the account holder
  • And finally, send me a screenshot of the email offer you have had that you can attach as a Picture file to the PM.
