I am a Tennant in a house that has had the Internet set up about 1/2 weeks ago. All was fine till I came home this afternoon to see it flashing away and no connection. I have tried the fixer that comes up when I try to get online and that just tells me to contact the network provider. Kind of difficult to do if I am not the owner of the Internet policy and I can't get hold of him. Is there a recent update or something? Highly frustrating that it's just refusing to work now when it was working perfectly well this morning. I have the modem 3.0 Black version if that is of any help.
