Hi,We currently have no wifi & there is a green light flashing on our box.We've turned it on and off, the white light appears, which then follows by a green flashing light.
We have no internet and some of the people in the house are students who need to complete work, can this be resolved?

Can you connect to the internet through a device wired directly to the hub?
If not, then it looks like a local outage and it would be best to give VM a ring as the mods take around a week or so to answer posts at the moment.

My apologies you are having an issue with your broadband connection.
On the day you posted there was a fault reported in your area which has since been closed down as resolved.
The broadband is now showing as online which is good. Is the internet working ok for you now or are you experiencing any further issues?
