I have a green flashing signal light on my hub and every now and then some devices are losing signal, any chance you can check the line please to see if anything is not right? I've reset the hub several times with no success

I have tested your Hub and the wider connection from here and I can see that your Hubs logs show a number of T3 time outs across the upstream channels. I would like to get this investigated further by one of our engineers for you.
