The phone will not connect to Google Play Store using WiFi at my home. I took it back to the Virgin store and it connected using their WiFi, so they told me to persue the issue with Talktalk.
I have contacted Talktalk technical support and it is obvious that resolving this problem could take a very long time, if indeed it is possible at all. Right now I cannot download new apps or receive updates to installed apps. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it or have any advice on how to proceed in a 2-supplier situation?
