Glasgow G3 terrible broadband

Service been out for days, been told it's an engineering problem in the area. When will it get fixed and how will we get compensated? Why is it so useless, so often?

hiya @Lazenbee anything showing via https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status as for getting update it wil be a few days for the forum admin to reply, best to give faults a call via 151 (from virignmedia phone line) 0345 454 1111 or chat online contact.virignmedia.com (using PC/laptop), and for compensation best to have chat with customer services via same numbers.
