Hi, my broadband has been down for 3 days. Virgin say they are wirking on the issue with the network connection as theres a problem in my area. All my neighbours on Virgin have no issues. The tick on the superhub is flashing constantly. Everytime i check for an update the resolution date moves. Seriously considering changing to another provider so that another company can take my £250 a month payments!!!
The technical bit will have to be dealt with by VM - but £250/month? Please tell us more if you wish to.
(btw: the VMbods take a week or so to get to a thread, by which time Chrimbo will have passed. I'll flag this in my nobody capacity to a Mod in case they can get someone to look at your outage. Small chance but one nevertheless).
