I had broadband installed 5 days and have had nothing but issue, the broadband was intermittent with it being a few hours and a few off but has gradually got worse. The last 2 days the broadband has dropped completely, with the hub showing a solid green light with flashing arrows and wi-fi symbol. I am absolutely livid with the service, I've tried calling and get put on hold in which they have hung up on me several times.
Thanks for letting us know about your issues with your broadband being down after being installed, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have run some checks on the connection from here and I noticed a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate this further for you. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.
