Sorry about this though thanks for bringing it to our attention.
My first thought is that you may want to separate the wireless frequencies. Foscam works on the 2.4GHz frequency but the Hub 3 transmits both with the same SSID.
Log in to your Hub, go to Advanced Settings > Wireless > Security and re-name both frequencies (you can retain the same password if desired).
Click Apply Changes and reconnect your Foscam.
