Flashing green light then red arrows - router

My wifi isn't working.

Green flashing light at the bottom which then goes solid green while arrows flash green. The arrows then flash red and the solid green light at the bottom goes white. It then repeata from the beginning.

Is there anything I can do to get the wifi back up and running?

Thanks

Re: Flashing green light then red arrows - router

Just so you know, it means that the circuit, not just the WiFi is distressed.

You could post yourpower levels from the ROUTER STATUS page on 192.168.0.1 and we can see if there is anything obvious.

Re: Flashing green light then red arrows - router

Hi ee_zee,

Thanks for letting us know about your issues about your issues with flashing green, then red arrow lights. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tried to test your connection from here, but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account. In order to proceed with making the booking, I will need some information from you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with diagnostics, please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.

Take care,

Thanks,

Adam.
