Flashing green internet connection light

My Hub 3.0 is flashing the internet connection light (the 2 arrows) and I can not connect any devices to it. I have tried resetting it and turning it on off and keep getting the same results. Beginning to think I made an error in switching to Virgin cause the non stop issues I'm now getting.

i have a Hub 3.0, with the same problem, only it is happening every day..!!!

I ran a status check on the website, and it seemed to suggest a problem and to wait 10mins. Next thing it was working, guessing must been an issue their end.
