Flashing Green Arrow on super hub 2

I've lost my broadband connection! There is a flashing green light on the hub and it appears I can't connect to the VM server! I've rebooted, I've reset! What next??

Hi Jodym1uk,

 

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing loss of broadband service.

 

From checking your connection, the Super Hub is showing as not locked onto the network and as there are no faults reported, I would like to arrange for an engineer to check this over for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.
