Failing internet

So this is a bit of a moan, just wondering how many other people are paying for the faster broadband and not getting a very good service
Our gose down weekly most the time it's a Friday or a weekend nothing ever get taken off the bill and it's being going on for months and still not sorted
It has now got to the point were we have changed our tv over to sky
And I'm now think that I need to do the same with the broadband
Like to hear who else is having this poor service

I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your services.

 

I've had a look at your Hub and at first check, nothing obvious stands out in error.

 

Are you typically using a wireless or hard-wired connection? Do you have problems with both?

 

I would really like to investigate this,

It's runs on both I have to say it's been ok over Christmas and we have had a new hub installed just before Christmas so I think that's helped a little
The issue I had was the twice weekly of tge internet and TV going down and having to call up everytime
After getting Feb up with it I changed the TV to sky and when I cancelled with virgin I wasn't offered anything to change my mind
And when I asked for compensation for the loss of TV and internet
I was told nothing could be done and I should of rang in everytime it happened,
I will see how the internet works out and if it goes down again I will cancel that and just move all my services to sky
