F004146109 update.

Hi, I was given the fault reference F004146109 10 months ago with the review date always being put back. I had rolling credit applied to my account because of the issue.

Has it been fixed because I've noticed my account doesn't have the rolling credit applied to the bill that's recently started for the month.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I appreciate your query in regards to the high peak time traffic fault in your and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

Checking the fault ticket, the review date is showing as 17th May 2017, I'm afraid. I will pass this across to one of my colleagues who will be in touch in regards to the credit options.
