Hi for as long as I can remember my Superhub 2 suffers from wifi drop out. I have been watching say Netflix in HD via my Smart TV and when I attempt to access the Internet or apps via wifi and other devices they just hang. I've The proceeded to manually reset the device - a hard reboot. And it works again. However as I nearly ejected it out of the window today, I had a quick look in the log (which I've deleted now) but repeatedly found error code 82000400. Nothing else. Any idea what this is and how I can stop this? When the broadband is working it's great however it's every evening I am having this issue and the phone lines close before I'm able to contact anyone.
Sorry to hear about the wireless connection problems you're experiencing, I know this can be irritating. Thanks for performing resets, it's very helpful, I just wondered if you've tried to change your operating wireless channel? Often this will help with issues caused by wireless interference.
