Hi, I have had no phone since the 4th, engineer appointment yesterday, he phoned at 3 to say be there at 4 15 then no further calls and no show at any time. Phoned today at 11 to be told my phone would be working within 4-6 hours, phone still not working. Is there any Virgin team that can help with engineer visit?
Yeah, tried phoning earlier got fobbed off, thought I would try this. Not wasting any more mobile credit on this phone call will have to wait till tomorrow. Really surprised by the lack of customer service to be honest
