E2 - Outage (Area 22)

Hello,

Please, can someone from VM give me some *meaningful* estimate to fix outage F005363255 as we have had no service since Wed 7th June. After being told it will be fixed every 4/8/12/24 hours or so for 12 days I am sure you can imagine I have lost confidence in what I am told. Had I have been given a decent estimate I would have made alternative arrangements.

As a first time Virgin Media customer I am shocked at the poor service and misleading communication thus far.

[PS This was previously logged under fault F005346084 which I believe was closed down purely to meet service level agreements/improve reporting metrics as nothing was fixed at all and the new fault F005363255 was opened straight after]
