Does people really exist in customer support team

Its been 45 minutes in the phone and it keeps hanging up after 10 minutes and no one is responding.

How to complain on my no internet issue???

Absolutely shocking.. clearly lots of people are having this problem.  I have called several times over two nights and each time I wait for 15 minutes then get cut off.  Virgin Media are plumbing new depths.....

 

VM - are you there... do you care?

I would like to add my comments to this problem, I myself phoned Virgin re wireless connection problems last week,first time call just disconnected after 20 minutes waiting, second call to someone in India not even related to the service that I requested then puts me thro' to someone else who then hang up on me,third call sat waiting for 20 minutes and gave up.In total about 50 minutes of my life wasted right there!!!!!!!

An absolute joke of a supposed support service, and going by judging some of the supposed support teams replies you get the feeling that they're taking the **bleep**!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is there never a problem if you want to add to your package and pay more money, but on anything regarding problems they couldn't give a toss.

Maybe we all stop paying and see what happens.

Hi,

I can only suggest waging a social media campaign.  I am not an avid Twitter / FB user but I know that companies are not fans of people airing their dirty laundry in public.  

I am being asked to do speed tests (again) which occasionally work fast and it only takes one fast test to go right back to square one and be told it "must be wireless interference".  How about VM hardware / software / configuration I ask myself?
