Do I Need an Upgrade?

I have a wireless router and a signal booster, but still my PC fails to connect to the internet quite frequently. I've had this set up for some while and when I have phoned the Broadband team about having an upgrade, they seem very confident that I don't need one.

Yet my housemate has a separate router (Superhub 3) and it works fine and reliably. Same location, same house, different router, different outcome. Seems to me I should get a Superhub 3.

How do I go about doing that then?

Hi lizten,

I am sorry about your Hub's poor performance. We can issue replacements via this Forum though only on a like-for-like basis where a faulty Hub is clearly evident. I think you may be best served by speaking to our Customer Services department - they'll be able to advise of an costs incurred by issuing a different Hub model, but will also be able to advise of any available package & Hub upgrades that may be of benefit to you.

  • 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
