Devices not connecting to wifi

So about a week ago, my internet switched off and then later in the day restarted. Since then, however I've not been able to connect to my wifi with either my iphone or laptop. They both pick up the signal but just refuse to connect. They connect fine to any other network so the issue has to be with my virgin service.

I've tried tech support and they were useless. Any suggestions because this is really quite frustrating...

Re: Devices not connecting to wifi

I wonder if your hub has reset itself and lost your Wi-Fi passwords.  Access the hub's management menus by typing 192.168.0.1 then log in and reset the passwords to what you are using on your devices.

Re: Devices not connecting to wifi

Hello Stormer79,

Welcome to the community Smiley Very Happy

Sorry to hear that you've recently had problems with your connection, I know this is frustrating.

I've just had a check and I can see that you've currently got one wireless device connected. Are you back up and running now? If not please let me know so I can investigate further.

Thanks again for posting,

Take care.
