For the last couple of months ive been having an Issue with my Connection and its really starting to frustrate me. Every day or 2 my connection will drop, the arrow symbol turns green and the tick will flash until I reset it and even then sometimes it still wont work until I try a few more times. when this happens all the downstreams are unlocked. Ive tried calling Virgin media support twice but Im just told to reset it even when i tell them it keeps on doing it. I tried doing the service status test but it always just says it thinks my equipment is turned off.

I've located your account and I can see a network issue causing intermittent connection issues - Ref.(F004870599). Our technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and have set a review date of 18th November.
