Customer Support has just put the phone down on me.
To let you know a little bit about me, I'm a software developer for the last 15 years with two degrees, one in applied mathematics and the other in computer science.
The modem/router I have from you is now dropping wifi connections. I want a replacement.
I got through to your tech support who then put me through to customer support who wanted to charge me for the replacement, NO! They wouldn't let me speak to a manager and then put me back to tech support who then drop the line after hello!
Get this sorted today!
